Hopefully there will be a good mixture of people attending and we can have a rain free day together snapping away to our hearts content.
I will post more on the day and post a couple of photos of the day here, maybe some on Facebook and Flickr.
Thanks for reading

Well the meet went well and 3 of us walked up the Plym Valley, snapping away when opportunity arose. I was joined by Sue and Katie armed with cameras and between us we got a fair selection of photos ranging from trees to waterfalls.
I was looking for the Macro shots in the 1st part of the walk, getting up close and personal to new buds and plant life with a little bit of fungus thrown in.
Sue and Katie snapped away at the scenery, Sue taking several photos of the same subject but using a different setting. Katie tried her hand at macro and capturing the range of trees on our route.
We made Cann quarry and decided to try and capture some splashes (aided by a lovely dog who happened to chase a stick thrown by its owner). All good fun and some good images attained.
We eventually crossed the river and made our way back to the car park, taking in more of the lovely woodlands. Once back at our cars, we drove the short distance to The Beef Eater on Marsh Mills where we had lunch and a drink alongside plenty of good natter to pass away part of the afternoon.
A lovely morning's walk and good company. We aim to hit Ivybridge when we attempt our next walk. Check out facebook for more information.
